Not Sure Where to Start? Let the Medha Quiz Point You to the Right Course

Here’s a small confession most course platforms won’t make: a long list of courses is not actually that helpful. It looks generous. It feels like choice. But when you’re standing in front of six good options with no idea which one is yours, choice quietly curdles into paralysis. You open three tabs, skim half of each, feel vaguely guilty, and close the whole thing to deal with “later.” Later rarely comes.

We built the quiz so you never have to do that.

The idea is simple. Instead of asking you to diagnose yourself and then go shopping, the quiz does the diagnosing. You answer a handful of honest questions about where you are right now, what’s actually bugging you at work, and what you’d like to feel more capable of. Two minutes, give or take. At the end, it points you to one course. The one that fits the spot you’re standing in today.

Notice the word today. That’s the part that matters. The right course for you isn’t the flashiest one on the list, or the one a colleague raved about. It’s the one that meets the specific knot you’re trying to untie this month. The quiz is built to find that knot.

So where might you land? There are six possible destinations, and each one solves a real, particular problem.

If people keep misreading you, or meetings leave you wishing you’d said things differently, you’ll probably land on Emotional Intelligence. If your team throws around words like Agile and Lean while you nod along and quietly google under the desk, that’s where Understanding Lean or the Agile Mindset course comes in. If you’re stepping into leadership for the first time and the ground feels wobbly, Manager to Leader is waiting. If work has started costing you more than it gives back, Navigating Well-Being at Workplace is the one. And if you know your work is good but nobody seems to notice, Personal Branding helps you fix that without turning you into a LinkedIn caricature.

Six doors. The quiz just tells you which one has your name on it.

A fair question: why not skip it and pick for yourself? You can, honestly. If you already know exactly what you need, go straight to the courses page and book it. The quiz is for the far more common situation, the one where you can feel that something needs to shift but you can’t quite name it. Answering questions about your own week turns out to be much easier than staring at a menu and guessing. Most people find that the act of answering makes their situation clearer, before they even see the result.

And there’s no wrong answer here, because there’s no scorecard. Nobody’s grading you. The quiz points you somewhere; it doesn’t rank you. If the result surprises you, sit with it for a second. Sometimes the course you’d never have chosen is the one that names the thing you’ve been avoiding.

So if you’ve been circling the courses page, opening and closing tabs, this is your shortcut.
